Job involved installation of stainless steel angles to all doors, windows and external corners and window seals. Four coat process was applied in terms of rendering. Final coat applied was Dulux Coventry course Acratex or Dulux Coventry with a sand finish Sand finish, colour chosen by owner. Sample of both Finishes were provided to the owner to help with making the right a choice. All decking, windows, exposed air conditioning systems were covered up with tape and plastic to ensure a clean finish at the end of the job. Roof of Pergola will also be covered up. Expansion joints were installed under all windows or above where necessary which were between 3.6m and 4.2m. Job involved rendering of 2 side walls of front of property and also above carport and also walls all the way to the top of the gable end of both sides of property.[huge_it_slider id=”18″]
