This Malvern house is being renovated and the owner wanted a mixture of Acrylic render on some parts of the house and polished concrete render in other areas. Polished concrete render should always be applied to a sand and cement base and what clients need to understand is that polished concrete render is not made for an Acrylic base. The application is a 5 step system with the very last coat being a sealer. Polished concrete render is extremely labour intensive system. When the job is completed the polished render takes 3 to 4 weeks to cure just like concrete on the ground.
